  • Doing a totally non related tasks at different location

Good Habits To Recharge At Work

  • Off your work social communications when it is possible. If not , state the time where you have your “personal” time and you are away at this time slot.
  • Do not chat about work during lunch.
  • Reduce working on weekend. If needed , keep a day (out of Saturday and Sunday) for a time off from work to recharge.
  • Work on meaningful project , like your company sponsored charity.
  • Take a short break and walk to the pantry or washroom. Grab a cookie or do something like swinging your arms / legs for a 5 minute stretch.
  • Take a 5 minutes break for every 1 hour screen time. Look elsewhere like a plant on your desk.
  • Put your cell phones at the desk and walk to a space devoid of technology.
  • A 15 minutes nap during lunch time.
  • Break your work routine occasionally — instead of the usual way of doing task A , why not try alternative method and see if it works?
